Where can I find the article number and serial number of my unit before contacting your support or Service?

Identification

Each unit has a label with article number, revision and serial numbers which identify your unique unit. Take note of these numbers. This information is required when communicating with CrossControl regarding Technical support and Service/Repair needs.
