In addition to the fields required in the form, be also sure to fill in information for:

RMA - Warranty Claim

Department: Service and Repair and choose the right template: RMA request Warranty Repair
Fill in the details for:
- Your Claim Number
- Article number
- Serial Number

RMA Warranty Creation Guide:

  1. Sign In (To Log In or Sign Up)
  2. Go to "My Area"
  3. Go to "Add Ticket"
  4. Select "Department: Service and Repair"
  5. Select "Template: RMA request Warranty Repair..."
  6. Fill in the information and error description. It is important to fill in Your Claim Number, Article number and Serial Number.
    Please attach your order or/and deviation report. Also attach pictures of the damage if possible. 
  7. Submit 



RMA - Repair (Non Warranty)

Department: Service and Repair and choose the right template: RMA request Repair - Non Warranty
Fill in the details for:
- Article number
- Serial Number

RMA Repair Creation Guide:

  2. Go to "My Area"
  3. Go to "Add Ticket"
  4. Select "Department: Service and Repair"
  5. Select "Template: RMA request Repair..."
  6. Fill in the information and error description. It is important to fill in Article number and Serial Number.
    Please attach your repair order or/and deviation report. Also attach pictures of the damage if possible.
